BMX Sking

I'm making a BMX ski. It is basically a BMX bike with skis instead of wheels. I'm going to take off the wheels and chain and put it on 2 skis. I need 2 full BMX bikes for around $40 each, one can be a little kids one but the other has to be a full adult/18"-20" one. For the skis - I need any set of sturdy skis, will most likely get them from eBay. I have no clue how much they cost, but I want to spend $30 TOPS per pair on them. If you can find me all of this you will get $10 paypal + I'll TRY to get you +20 karma.

Kids BMX Bike
Full Size BMX (18"-20" wheels)
Two SETS of full size skis. Cheapest possible pair.
Possibly a really cheap blowtorch and blowtorch mask.

They used GT/FBM bikes but I'm not spending $500 on this.

I would but I don't plan to be using it on huge mountains. I'm also kind of staying away from the normal ski-bike look and making a BMX one.
