She went to sleep and didn't wake up...She was 23 yrs old with a b-day this coming Oct 1st. Its makes you realize how fragile life really is. The only advice I can give is make sure you tell the people around you how much you love them and how much they mean to you because you never know...
Its a very surreal, life-changing experience...Not sure if I will be on the boards for a while...Good luck with all the freebies!

wow. i really can't say i know how you feel... my dog passed away and i thought that was hard, i can't imagine what it would feel like to lose one of my siblings. take your time with this. i'm very sorry

I am so sorry you're going through this. Within 8 months of each other I lost my cousin (who was 23) and my sister-in-law (who was 25), both to drugs.
Nothing can prepare someone for the loss of a loved one, and no one can speak magical words to lessen the pain. I only hope that you cherish the memories you have, and remember her for the good things, no matter the cause of death.

Not sure how the last part is relevant because he said they don't know the cause of death.

No word from the coroner, they just said "cause pending" Which means it could take anywhere from a week to 90 days to find out the cause once they get the tox screens back...Thanks everybody for all your support, it really does help.
