paypal limited my account!!!!!!!!

They said my activity was suspicious. All I did is paid someone $400 by my bank debit card. Now they limited my account and want like 15 different documents just to confirm my location. However, my account says that I need to provide a 6 digit code for my CT location which they are sending me. This is not what I was told over the phone. They want my passport, utility bills, and serveral things there is no way to provide. Reason being is that I am a high school senior who lives with his parents. I don't pay any utility bills. ( I had $469.72 in my paypal too. Total bullshit. Is there anything I can do to get my account back to normal? I hope all I need is that 6 digit code, but the paypal emails say otherwise. I called them 5 times and had to wait for 40 minutes. I didn't hear anything new, or got any help. They kept telling me my account is unverified and my address is not confirmed. This is even though I confirmed my address over 1.5 years ago, added a bank account and even opened up a business account. I even have their debit card. So what the hell is this shit about me not being verified. Jees, I am so mad right now. Someone please help. Most of this money was from the YGF raffle too. (

This just blows everything for me. GOD i just want to kill them. I found out recently too that you have to be 18, and i am 17 and a half. So there goes the idea of submitting a drivers license. God i am royally screwed.

After the money comes out of his paypal account, it will either do one of two things. A. Take Money from his Bank or B. Paypal will say that could only recover the amount in the account. Either way, the money is going back to him. Powerbook should have enough money in the bank either way to avoid overdraft fees.

i am tlaking about the bank account theres no need of paying 30 dollars for the bank to say you sorry but it cant be debited

for some reason the atm is out of order at my bank. I wont have a chance till next sunday to try to withdraw the cash. Fucky, i hope that works. My hope is that they forget and when i get the 6 digit code it will temporarily take the limit off and i can send it to YGF or to a friend. Damn paypal. I cant get freebie paypal now.

Oh no I did read your posts. The problem with your idea is that I opened a seperate account for paypal, so that account has nothing in it. Man paypal sucks. When is google wallet coming out? My plans to trade more are pretty much shot down the toilet.

I think the Daggoth's trick would work ;)

Anyway, people should use 2 separate accounts 1 for eBay and 1 for freebie )

Apparently this is the last step to confirm my address which was confirmed over 1.5 years ago may I add. Anyways, how come what they told me on the phone and what they emailed me is different? They told me on the phone i could scan a cc statement and get my account status back instead of waiting for a letter so I did that. Then the email I got said I need to submit passport/license, utility bill, and last 5 transactions. So what do I really need to do? Basically the assholes on the phone told me to only worry about this. I wonder if I can be let off just by doing the 6 digit code thing. According to the site this is the only thing I have to do, but what the email said and what they said differs. So I have no idea! I had an option to use a landline phone to confirm my address but that basically vanished.
