I have just received my xbox 360 from freepay. I have 5 refs on YourNintendoWii4Free. I'm having a tough time deciding whether to go for the $250 or get the Wii. The more I look at it, I could really use that $250 to buy me some xbox 360 games. Im having doubts that i would get my moneys worth if i get the wii becasue i cant afford to buy games for both systems to the xbox will get most of the loving. And, im not really a fan of the cartony games made by nintendo but i think Red Steel looks soooo great. The question is, what would you do?

Might as well try the Wii out, sell it on eBay or Craig's List if you don't like it.

Come back to me when you have to make an actual difficult decision... like I had to do back in the day when deciding to get a Super Nintendo or a Sega Genesis. (That was before every kid was calling them a SNES). )

Consoles are for losers, these days. Get a PC like a real man.

Why is every post you make antagonistic?

I don't want to have to worry about whether or not I have the right specs to run a game, I don't want to have the PC randomly crash and me lose all my shit, I just want to put the game in, and go.

Comsoles are pretty lame.

Stick with the consoles until the Comsole Alliance get their act together. roll

nintendo wii is leaving the image of being totally kiddy, rockstar is developing games for the wii. i wouldnt be surprised it there was a GTA.

Why be surprised? The Wii-mote as like a baseball bat, gun, sword, etc. would be AWESOME.

If you don't really like playing games that much then obviously not.

For someone like me who has them on his mind most of the day, second only to womens, then I would not be satisfied with just 2. I need all 3 and more.

But if your even thinking about it, just go with gut instinct and it'll get you there.

Not the wii's or nintendo's style. Also if you notice most of these wii games are being built from the ground up, it would be very hard to implement a game like GTA for the Wii, and it won't benifit rockstar in any way to spend a lot of time making that game for Wii.

I could see them making that table tennis game for Wii, they could perfect that, and make a really good game for .wiiurl==http://=http:///url with what they have done.

Nintendo doesn't seem to care about people thinking they have a kiddy image anymore, you don't see them fighting that war anymore because they know they have something special with the wii and people are going to play regardless

You should have posted that in the wii thread. Nintendo always finds different ways to play games not just a rumble pack.

Your mind seems made up in your first post, get the cash and but games for the 360.

Let the WII prove it's worth something before you buy it, don't let the fanboys fill up your head with nonsense.

Need? No one needs 1 console.

Want, differnet story. I love the Ace Combat series of games and will always want to play new versions of it. I haven't touched my PS2 since I got my 360, but I picked up an Ace Combat game that I haven't played and now my 360 is unhooked waiting for me to beat Ace Combat before I kill zombies again.

I was hoping for a $199 price tag but if the sports games really work well with the wii mote (emulate swinging tennis racquets and baseball bats), I will have to get it. Maybe I can get my GF into playing too.
