yeah.. help and stuff. I have to spend this gift card before it expires at the end of the month, so I figure I'll build a new soopa puter. I built my last system 3 years ago, and I now hate this Vaio I got from Nui tech, so time to build again.
Anyone (who actually knows what they're talking about, heh) have any recommendations for the mobo & video card for the saucy system I'se gon' build? Am now looking to cheap out, but I don't want to spend money for the sake of spending it... I just want a good, powerful, stable, mobo...

3 250gb HDs
DVD burner
2 gb ram...
prolly SB audigy sound card... (know a better one, speakify!)
I want to build an entertainment PC, really, will probably hook it to my plasma as well, So I want a work horse of a system. No games, so I need stamina over speed....
