if anyone of you had logged in today, it was on the bottom saying they would be down for maintinence, the times were like 11 central to 2 central or something? Idk

I wander if thats why my paypal card got turned down at 7/11. I have like $200+ in my account the $3.26 charge should have gone through fine. Glad I had some cash with me.
