First off lets disregard the paying $500 per year, that is just to make them seem scam proof, make a little extra money, and to draw your attention away from what they are really doing.
I bet they are full of affiliate links in their with % revenue schemes at sportsbooks. Hoping you sign up and make large sports bets under them. If you win big you'll bet bigger, and you're bound to lose eventually. So they probably make 40% of every dollar you lose.
Meanwhile you're thinking oh shit I can't lose they guaranteed me my $500 back.

I haven't used the guy in probably 3 years. Started using him in 1999.
No affiliate links whatsoever.
The $500 yearly package isn't guaranteed, I'm not sure where you saw that.
He has games every week which he ranks from 1000 units to 5000 units and you can buy whichever games you want that he has handicapped.
I know touts are the lowest form of scum, but I've never seen any that give your money back if they don't win a certain amount of units. And technically he doesn't give the money back, he just doesn't cash the electronic check you use. So all you have to do is void the check.
