I bought 2 books from 2 different sellers, and both didn't ship the books, and both did the same to about 100 users that ordered when I did, and BOTH users are now kicked off of ebay and half.com.
I supplied half.com with ALL necessary emails, and transactions, and stuff. What is the likelihood that I will get my money?
Also, it says that members of half.com get only 3 buyer protections, a lifetime limit. Am I fucked if I get screwed over twice.
Yep...I'm done with half.com if I get my rebate.

you know that happened to me too on either half.com or amazon.com
i have to check records and shit but im really pissed because i already returned the book i initally bought, spent the money i saved, and now have to go buy another one.

dont they charge you a 25 dollar fee for doing a charge back so look at 50 dollars in about a month (

I forgot to update this..
in November 2006, half.com finally addressed my problem, and sent me FULL refunds, without cutting from my 3 lifetime requests. Since the seller did this to EVERYONE, it was CLEARLY his fault, and they refunded me for the two books.
I still will avoid half.com, but it's nice to know they cared for me once.
