Anyone watch it? It was broadcasted over a two day span. It was a dramatization of what actually occured. I swear to G-d. If you watched this, you will see what the fuck our goverment has done. The fucking CIA and FBI hate each other, they don't share information, and they fucking argue about every little G-d damn thing. They had fucking so many G-d damn chances to kill Bin Laden, but no...they don't have the "clearance" or anything to go ahead and do so. Fuck this. I'm just venting because it pissed the shit out of me, so [ba2850a8b65]please excuse my profanity[/ba2850a8b65], but I believe if you watched this you feel the same way. At the end they said the 9/11 Commission graded the government's reaction/actions on the information they knew...

I can't remember, but there were a lot of F's and D's.

Our government is so fucking corrupt it's not even funny. And don't go bringing along the "9/11 Conspiricy". I don't know what to believe anymore, and I think that this is such crap. Any normal human being would have killed Bin Laden the first time with the information and tips that they received.

[ia2850a8b65]What the fuck is wrong with our government?[/ia2850a8b65]

That's the question that I can't answer, and no one else can either. And I'm not trying to start a political debate. I could care less if you agree with me or not. I'm just trying to show what they have done. ?

[ba2850a8b65]R.I.P. all innocent lives lost on 9/11.[/ba2850a8b65]

I don't think they really had as many chances to kill bin Laden as shown on the TV.

Really, he's what, number 4 on the Most Wanted Criminals List?

Behind Bush, Cheney, and Rumsfeld.

Well isn't that an intelligent comment...

Yes, the government has had several chance to take out bin Laden prior to 9/11. The Clinton administration blew so many chances to get him all through out the 1990's its pathetic. The Bush administration fucked up aswell.

We need someone to hate. If Bin Laden is gone, America will not be behind the war on terror. Oh wait.....

If you base your opinion of the U.S. government based on a Dramatization that was shown on ABC I lost all respect for you. Simple as that.

Its pretty much common knowledge that the The Clinton administration passed up several opportunities to take out bin Laden. This is just yet anther documentary/movie/miniseries documenting the incompatance of our federal government and intelligence organizations in the years prior to 9/11.

i think it's funny when people (not implying anyone from here) are too young to smoke or whatever and start forming ridiculous opinions one way or another online. Then I start to realize that it's all over the place and then the internet forfeits it's credibility once again.

Yep, the government screws up a lot, but none of us know much more than that.

I could be wrong but I have a suspension you are refering to me and my being 16. But regardless its funny how people like you associate youth with inferiority. My political opinions are backed up by fact.

I suggest you read the book "Losing Bin Laden" by Richard Miniter. Are country took an eight year vacation from national security during the Clinton administration and we paid for it with 9/11. The reality is there is still alot of work to be done in the national security department and the sad thing is is will probably take anther event like 9/11 before it gets taken care of.

I suggest you read books from disgruntled ex-government employees that no longer have incentives to keep information from the masses. After a few of these you'll realize most of what is to be learned here is still between the lines, because their books are taken to court and much of what they write is censored.

1.) I was not eluding (sp?) to the fact that you are 16. In fact, many of your spoken beliefs in this thread I agree with.
2.) "I could be wrong but I have a suspension you are refering to me and my being 16. But regardless its funny how people like you associate youth with inferiority. My political opinions are backed up by fact."

Yes, I do think that you can associate youth with inferiority in general. Yes, there are a LOT of dumb older people, but there are definitely even more dumb young people. With age comes wisdom (until alzheimer's kicks in). that's not abstract thought either, this is just common sense.

"are" country did take a break from national security during the clinton years. Unfortunately, that book "Losing Bin Laden" or any book sold in waldenbooks in those bestsellers sections are pure bull. They're still editorials, they're still opinion and poorly-strewn together garbage. If you wanna show any part of history, look at someone's record through newsclippings/videotape. Look at Clinton's activity as the executive branch doing shit to push anti terrorism laws, and going softer on crime. The facts ARE there, and they're easy to find, but it's easier for the liberal media to attack a president they've been attacking since before he was president. Yes GW isn't our best guy for the job, but it could be Reagan in there again, as long as he holds the elephant as his mascot, he can expect 4-8 years of torment from the "free" press.
