Online checking account? Paypal verification...?

My Ameritrade JP Morgan chase checking account Diden't work for some reason on my Paypal account, That acct has been unverified for a while now.. Any way I can get an online checking account and check the balance online? Maybe fund it via CC / Debit card? D That would be so Ideal... If its a no go, I'll end up opening an account at my regular bank.

Isn't there a bank that does stuff online there? I use CIBC and it does everything online.
