How much spam email do you usually get? I just noticed that my spam amount just hit 4000 emails, and it is set to delete everything more than a month old.

Which account? My ISP account gets about 150-200 per day. Every day. That e-mail address is about 10 years old, so it has made the rounds on quite a few spam lists by now.
All of my freebie site Gmail accounts have like 6000 messages in the spam folder.
5 a day, down from 30 a day.

Over 10,000 in gmail spam folder right now.
And that deletes itself after a while too doesn't it? So that means I have had A LOT more.

Unsubscribe. It actually works, I cut down a lot of my email like that alot.

Usually tells the companies whether your email account is active or not.
I don't unsubscribe. I used to, but then I started getting a lot more. I've used my hotmail e-mail for years, and until this year did I discover the "block sender" option. So all I do is get the domain where the e-mail is coming from and add it to the blocked domains list and future spam never even reaches my spam box. shrug

well, i get about 120 spam a day in my gmail account. I find that exceptional seeing how I use that account for [i45ae820681]everything[/i45ae820681] shrug
on an off note - i seem to use this shrug icon a lot lateley shrug

I have like 8,000 Spam Messages in my Spam Box.
