While using Firefox, I often get a pop-up saying there has been an error (something along those lines) and Firefox must shut down.

Why does that happen & can I at least get the sites up saved so I can open them later?

I've been getting the same crap lately....sometimes it's a error like when you end a task, but lately it's been getting worse...It's a windows error saying it can't access parts of memory....Looks like it's time to reinstall windows for me )

Download the "Tab Mix Plus" Firefox Extension.

https//addons.mozilla.org/firefox/1122/

It contains a session manager, so if Firefox crashes, and you re-open it, you can open your previous sessions, windows and tabs. ;)

[quote4c957693c1]Tab Mix Plus enhances Firefox's tab browsing capabilities. It includes such features as duplicating tabs, controlling tab focus, tab clicking options, undo closed tabs and windows, plus much more. It also includes a [b4c957693c1]full-featured session manager with crash recovery that can save and restore combinations of opened tabs and windows.[/b4c957693c1][/quote4c957693c1]

treat the symptoms, not the problem!

Hehe, IE already has that feature built in. I just 'discovered' it the other day. Either way, FF and IE are both great.

When did IE have a restore feature? Never heard of it...

When you go to close multiple tabs, you click on "more options" when it gives you the "close multiple tabs warning" and it says something about open these tabs when I restart.
