Scammer

A friend of mine sold a psp on ebay

The winning buyer has a 0 feedback and is from France & joined Aug-30-06. He got an email that said

It's clear as day that this is a scam. Don't accept any WU transactions, and relist. This is the 2nd thread you've started desribing blatant eBay scams. If you're honestly that incompetent, you shouldn't be using eBay.

And I know its a scam, I was just wondering what he should do about it.

Never accept Western Union from somebody you don't know. They are the #1 scam method for "sending" money.
