i'm looking for a flash drive....

I'm looking for a 512MB-1GB flash drive.... I don't want to spend a ton of money either. I was thinking of buying one off ebay, but I know how high the rate is for fake drives on ebay.... Can any of you give me some links to some cheap, reliable flash drives in the 512MB - 1GB range? Thanx!
