DIY vs. Referal... What do you prefer?

With the emergence of the DIY scene as well as tons of referral sites popping up weekly, what do you prefer to do and why??


I prefer DIY personally as they cost me less than $40 to complete some of them for payouts as high as $2500. I think its gotten ridiculous as of lately how much it costs to buy refs from people on certain sites anymore. I mean people want like $25-28 for a site that will give you $40 payout. For $10/ref after all is said and done, i just have strayed away as of lately.

Another big reason im all for the DIY's is for the sheer fact that 90% of the time you will get credited for offers and almost never get put on hold or have to worry about refs going red.

I like both.

DIY because, like you said, no worry about going on hold. I also like referral sites because sometimes it's just easier for me to pay the person and get my gift.

I would go referral is I had a website or a way to generate a ton of referals

Yeah but at the same time, pay $360 ($20 a referral x 18 referrals) and make $590 just for sitting on your ass......

But like it was said, all those refs might not be legit and go red (

diy goes anywhere from that to 101 today from what i've seen.

DIY SUCKS there are so many hoops and loops to jump through and at the end of it all theres still a good chance you'll get DQ'ed (

DIY's have higher payouts, IF they pay @ all... You cant beat Trainn...

DIY is the shit, hands down....You don't have to worry about other people doing what they need to and you know that everything went right...Then again, I've never been DQ'd, so....

Ref sites are nice though, you can just sit on your ass and make money, the only downfall is you have to start with money and hav emoney to back things up ? ...

I just figure this. Say I a ygf site that pays out $40/ref. I pay $25/ref

$200 payout to my $125 I put in. Person goes red or screws up. I now am at 160 and only getting $35 over what i put in which is ridiculous considering I will have to pay paypal fee's as well.

I can do 2 or 3 DIY sites for that same $125 and even if 1 or 2 get DQ'ed in the most super extreme of cases, ill still be bringing in at least $500-1000 and making over $375+
