I'm 18 And don't have any credit cards yet. [You can gamble online at the age of 18, because all the poker sites and casino sites are off shore]. I Tried making a Neteller account, But they coulden't verify by SSN because their public database looks at credit card applications and such. I tried like 5 Different Credit cards... Meh. Anyway, My question.
Is there a service out there like Epassporte [Virtua Visa] That lets you deposit Into casino sites? That woud be like Ideal... My checking account can't be used to transfer money either, For some reason it always comes up as unable to send the verification deposit [Its an Ameritrade checking account hooked up to my investing account]. >.> I want to do the casino offers But it never lets me =(. How about this, Anyone got some MoneyBookers money they can exchange for Paypal? They don't accept any of my credit cards [Debit cards] to "upload funds".

Generally speaking, FirePay is accepted by most casino/poker cashiers...however I don't have any experience with them personally. Keep in mind that just because the poker/casino sites are licensed elsewhere, you aren't really "legally" gambling online as the casino/poker sites state that it is your responsibility to be aware of, and act within, the laws of your jurisdiction. Nonetheless, most casinos don't verify age, and I'm unaware of any poker sites that do. I'd recommend you research which casinos do and don't verify age before you end up forfeiting hard-earned winnings.

Most of the casino sites I looked at and saw in some offers, Were minimum 18, So I qualify for them. Firepay requires a Checking account to be set up, But Mine doesn't work with them... I'm guesing my best bet is Some sort of Virtual visa service for poker sites or Someone to transfer PP to Moneybookers >.>

You could send me a bunch of money, and I'll deposit it into my online poker accounts )

I thought I read/heard somewhere awhile ago that VISA/MC were involved in legislation to limit online/offshore gambling, and had changed their policies to forbid funding of online casino accounts. If that is in fact true, a VISA logo debit card wouldn't work either, and you'd be stuck with some sort of bank transfer service like PayPal.

I think poker sites on the Prima network verify age sometimes, Royal Vegas Poker had me send a driver's license and a utility bill through email.

Full Tilt, Party, Pacific, Titan, Absolute, and PokerRoom all accept ePassporte ).

Ultimatebet and Prima accept Moneybookers, which is pretty similar.

Stars is a bitch to get money into though. I've been wanting to play there for a while, but I'm pretty much in the same boat as you.

passed the house, not the senate. It's not in action yet, however most casinos can't accept Credit Card payments as it is anyways.
