actually it was on the 9th P
ive been saving up for this since mid april.. finally ordered all the parts from newegg. ]
i only spend about $1100 on it, here are the specs
AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+ Dual Core
XFX nVidia Geforce 7900GT 256mb 256-bit
2GB Corsair XMS Series
WD 160GB HD
500W Antec Power Supply
cant wait for it to arrive

Unless he's leaving out the case and mobo as ^^^ suggested, he got ripped off. But Newegg wouldn't be ripping you with those prices, so he must not have posted it all.

If those are the only hardware you bought - then that's way too much.
You could have gotten that and more for about $650.
But they are good specs for a gaming machine though. )

Nice. I actually just finished building my rig too. Almost the same proc. and exact same graphics.

I woulden't mind one myself =P, But I Think ill just upgrade to an X2. Don't want a whole new mobo and such.
