Photoshop/video editing help needed.

So how would someone go about taking an animated gif or short video clip and say take the head off the person and replace it with someones else.


Take this for instance. How could i take his head off and replace it with a friends or add something in the background and keep the picture animated

You have to take every frame and replace the head, unless there's any easier automated way I don't know about. Use Imageready or animation shop.
