ebay member didnt pay for item?

what do i do when a person won an item i sold on august 6th, didnt pay for it, and doesnt answer my emails (messages through ebay)?

file a non-paying bidder report on ebay and resell the item.

It's only been 3 days though (or probably close to 2 or 2.5). You can ding 'em for poor communication skills, but unless you stipulated in your ad that you required payment sooner than 3 days, eBay isn't going to take the complaint seriously just yet. They might have bid and then left town for a week.

You're probably going to have to give them a week minimum, especially if you didn't stipulate sooner in your lsting.

He's correct, you'll have to wait a week until ebay will even let you open a non-paying bidder complaint against the "buyer".

in my item description i asked for payment within 4 days to a week, ill wait a week to see what happens, thanks.

Heh, if you gave them 4-7 days, why are you getting antsy at 3 days? lol

im an impatient person lol, for all my sales i got instant payment thats why i was worried, ill just wait a week ] thanks

i always make the buyer pay within 3 business days of auction completion
