i'll admit, i probably have the sweetest ride here. Its a 1995 Ford Taurus SHO. sometime i'll take a picture of the engine to show you guys, i call it the ranch because its where my 220 horses live.

I pay around $2600/year on insurance for the 2004 STi as well as a 2003 Jeep Liberty Renegade. 100% full coverage w/ 500/250 deductibles on both. Not bad in the long run!

I <3 my truck though. +I got some help paying for it. That price up there is not what I payed for it. Thats what its worth since I put all those things into it. It rides so well now. I like how it feels like the truck is driving me. Not me driving it. It's like it pulls me haha. Oh yea, and its diesel. Forgot to mention that. And has a crew cab. I guess everything's bigger in Texas haha.

lol, the crown vic is a 2003, Interceptor motor is a 4.6 liter V8, 250 horse, top speed of 126, 0-60 is 8ish seconds. The Camaro is a 5.7 liter V8 Vette motor, top speed is 162, 0-60 in 5.8 seconds. But there aren't many of the Camaros. I've driven it a few times but not many.

I have been pulled over plenty of times but ticketed only half of the time. I have do have a laundry list that I wont' go into much. Primarily two times driving while license suspended and didn't even know about it both times. The craziest (scariest) one was going 83 in 45 across bridge in Philly. Wasn't even ticketed for that one because the trooper said it is an automatic court appearance but I was coming from NJ and didnt want me to travel that far I guess....whew. Got lucky...other than that...a few here and there. Nothing major.

I didn't ask what car he was in, but I don't doubt he was. And he was in the district where he works, the people he works with don't give each other tickets. Also, he's like a national class weightlifter, so I would think people that work with his every day would know better than to ticket him.

Googler thats not custom leather but nice try its called red fine nappa and it comes from the factory...anyways i drive a 1995 Jeep wrangler Rio Grande edition its gold in mint condition.(hence the sig and name) 2.5L 4cyl. top speed 85mph haha and my insurance is about 50 or 70 a month? I have a perfect driving record too.

I'm having a hard time deciding who is actually posting his or her vehicle, and who is just posting for the sake of adding a post to his or her plethora of other [mostly useless] posts...

Nonetheless, my insurance is right around $1,000 a year...but it should take a considerable drop now that I'll be 21 in ohhhhhhh 6 days. Further, my only accident will be 5 years ago in May )

As far as tickets, I've been pulled over < 10 times...and I've gotten 4 tickets...two for 80+ in a 65 (reduced to moving violations), one for expired registration (parents knew the judge - dropped), one for talking on my cell phone while driving (wrote a letter to the DA - dropped).

Well, I took Driver's Ed, Defensive Driving (to clear the points from those two speeding tickets I got reduced), and I get a good-student discount. Plus, security/safety options help cut down the premium

Crash test ratings are 10/10, 9/10, 5/5...passive alarm system...etc. etc.

As for insurance, I'm currently with Esurance. I got a similar rate from Progressive, and just a tad higher (about $1100) from Nationwide. Geico was through the roof for me.

I did drivers ed too. The car's a Volvo, the crash tests are impecable. The thing's a tank. I'll take a look at esurance's rates. I have Geico right now.

You talking about the one posted at Club Lexus? I'm betting Photochop. I just don't think Toyo would leak that this soon, and the picture I saw looks either faked up or maybe a leaked concept drawing. Regardless, I'm sure it'll look sweet, I've yet to see a LC that didn't. )

Toyota isn't like the domestics that release the next year's cars as early as spring (or so it seems). Never seen a next year Toyo for sale before about September, although you can sneak an early peak at the auto shows sometimes.

Meh, it's only about $15K more than this Sequoia, which I got with basically no down payment/trade. With the Sequoia's resale holding as well as it is, I'll probably get at least $15K on trade, netting out probably the same payment as I have now, if I can keep the interest rate near the same. We'll just have to see. ;)

the TL is $7000 more and its just has a bigger engine, bigger interior, and a little more luxurious, but not as sleek as the TSX. wink

Volvo's are awesome, one of the safest cars out there!

Does the S40 have those new features where it can detect cars in your blind spot and warn you with the "automatic brake" feature if you're too close to a car?

Yep, OEM trans.. only thing is that the mats in the front are a bit beat up.. basically in perfect condition.

Not looking to sell, so I could care less what it's worth actually. ;) Going away for college in 3 months and getting a sports bike, so I'm good to go.

05 Mazda 3, sport package = low pro tires and different stock rims. Its nothing amazing, but it doesn't guzzle gas, and when you drive to Texas and back every week it really comes in handy.

That thing must ride like a sled -- more than a couple inches of bounce and you'd tear the entire bottom off that thing. Watch out for potholes and railroad tracks.

I used to have it on my Passat. It lagged about 2sec. behind your shift change. They made a chip that would shorten that time, but still not anything close to manual. 5/6spd. is the only way to go for me now wink

Well, different companies call it different things Tiptronic, Sportronic, Shiftronic, etc. but it's basically the same thing. Allowing an automatic tranny driver to manually down/upshift.
