Seems like a minor error in the SMTP as the directory "forums" has not been placed, maybe because it is a sub domain and it has been forgotten.

That error happens occasionally due to high e-mail load. That SMTP server isn't exclusive to FiPG, and we've had the error in the past when another site was hammering out a bunch of e-mails.
If it continues, let me or Admin know.
