i'm hoping for a freesportscar.com, but if they're getting paid a bounty around $50 per offer...then ($21,000/$50=420 people + 5 more for profit)...425 referrals is quite alot...

its more like around $25. So thats 850 referrals ;)

My site is going to launch later this month, everyone is going to like it a lot. I'm doing the design myself, and I've hired a scripter to write the code.

HAHA lol
Bling, it's not $25 per referral, how would you think gratis pays for our iPods if it was only $25/referral? Make's no sense. $25 x 6 = $150, not enough for an iPod. I don't think I would want to join a site made by a 13 year old, No thanks.

yes, it is around $25 per referral. Companies depend on the people who don't complete to make a profit. This works too, a small precentage of the people who actually complete an offer recieve an item.

That just gives you an idea of the price range.

Yah, And since you're 13, I'd hope that you had start-up money but I'm guessing you don't... Just don't want your site to get rejected like iFreeGear was by Ameriquest, they lost quiet a bit of cash from them (

collateral there might be a bit of confusion here. ifreegear was not 'rejected' by Ameriquest because they didn't have enough capital, but because of the kind of website it was (Gratis or OC would have been 'rejected' in the same way). What's true is that you'd better have some capital to survive a misadventure like this.

But as a general rule you're right one needs some start-up capital. If you don't have enough capital to start sending orders out on the very day you launch your website, I don't think it's a good idea to launch it at all.

dont worry about it. i have around 10k (could get more if needed)

The design is being made by my dad who has been doing graphic design for over 30 years. The script is being coded by a professional also. it's lookin really nice, but thats all im saying for now.

HAHA no shit.... Ameriquest doesn't pay for referrals from "free sites." That's what I was trying to get at. 10K is a lot of money, I know that tech4free started with 25k startup cash so hopefully 10k will be enough D Glad to hear it will be your dad running it and possibly with the help of you P

l0th

01-01-2005 19:22:12

oh no no, that's fine with me. I was just trying to point to a possible confusion. I don't want website owners to think they can tell people, "sorry, they decided not to pay me for your sign-up, just do another one." If that happened I think they should just do what the owner of ifreegear did respect their terms and pay from their own pocket. It's nice to see that there finally are some honest owners with some capital around.

Yah, That's what pretty much made me start to do the website, I didn't know if it was legit or not until the person posted the paypal money picture and now that the owner of ifreegear did that just makes me want to complete it haha mrgreen
