mac book pro 1.83 os x 10.4.5

i noticed this issue just yesterday (received laptop friday) so i'm not sure if it came like this or if it just happened. Its not a huge problem either, but this is what's happening (also, it is much more noticable in real life, the camera on my phone sucks.)

liWhen only the desktop is showing only 1 string of pixels about 1cm high is visible. if i had to describe the pixels behavior i would call it dancing. sort of like this . . . . . ......... . . . . . (except 1cm, vertical, and blinking some)

li If I move any window over(such as the finder) the bad pixels on the desktop, it does not effect the window itself, only inside the window. As i move the window over it the pixels go underneath... this leads me to believe it is NOT a bad LCD issue.

liIn firefox for example (like in the pictures) the pixel lines are only visible in certain places, they don't go over the browser itself, only the content, and not even text. (its like these lines are there own layer or something randomly going over and under different objects. it seems totally random as to whether they appear...like right now as i type this i don't seem them. if anyone has any idea whats going on i very much appriciate it!!!

what you can do is trade it at the apple store for a new one try that and if that doesnt work out tell the offersite that you got it from
