Hi everyone,

This is the owner of www.iFreeGear.com and I have an important announcement to make. As some of you may have noticed Ameriquest, one of our most popular offers, was taken off our website. We did this because Ameriquest turn out to be an unreliable offer since we won't get paid a cent for all the dozens of sign-ups we brought them.

However, people who signed-up for Ameriquest should not worry it wasn't their mistake and they still should and will receive credit for their offer. This is the reason why I invested a significant amount of start-up capital into this website so that we could ship people quickly when they're completed and be ready to face unexpected events like this one.

I wanted to make a general announcement about this so that the significant financial cost of this unfortunate experience (as a consequence of my crediting people who did Ameriquest I'll have to send out orders for 10 gifts averaging $500) can be balanced by some positive advertisement for www.iFreeGear.com here's for me a chance
to prove that this website is run differently from others because I have the capital to back it up and thanks to this, people who complete an offer receive credit for it, people who complete their requirements receive their free gifts, period.

Now, other owners might have told people who signed-up for Ameriquest that they did something wrong and that they should do another offer. I won't. However, as you can tell from the figures I just gave, I won't try to deny that this is a hard blow and I would really appreciate it if the people who signed-up for Ameriquest and received credit for it, signed up for another offer as a way of thanking, supporting, and helping us. Try signing up for offers that you may actually need such as the many hosting sites I’ve got up, or Vonage for broadband phone, or Blockbuster for video rentals.

I also hope that the way I'm handling this situation will appeal to others who have not joined yet at www.iFreeGear.com and convince them that we're serious people committed to send out free gifts to everyone who follow our rules. They should rest assured that now that we've checked again that all the offers we feature on the website are reliable, we won't have to face this situation again and we'll use our money primarily to send out gifts.

I assume it's not that they refused to pay, it's that they don't pay for sign-ups that are coming from so-called 'incentive websites'. That's also what eBay had decided to do because there were too many fake accounts created from these websites and that's why you don't see eBay up there anymore (or if you can see it, don't sign-up for it because either you won't receive credit or the website owner will have to pay for it).

anyone check their ifreegear account lately and notice any of their referrals disqualified??? I Just logged in to notice that, said offer completed yesterday now they are disqualified. It was for the Mortgage offer in which i believe he read he would be paying for that.... interesting.

Well I got put on hold for no reason. I did the match.com offer and said I did it and I got put on HOLD. This company seems MAD SHADY for me, i'd stay away.

So I login to day and I see one of my referrals was "disqualified"

This site is just turning into another gratis, because all of my referrals were from my friends which I PERSONALLY KNEW. They signed up on their computers, at their houses. I will get another referral...but I'm sure that one will just get disqualified too (

nice to have you on the forums. but i have a good feeling about this site the owner posts on here and he seems to be on point but we will see. i have a few greens and they werent disqualified today. hopefully they never will be. try to send him an email and see what happens. he seems like a nice guy that will work with you. ang gratis is a really good company

yeah, I'm with stroid here. I think this website might be the best one among all those small sites that popped everywhere and everyday lately. We started a poll recently at our website to figure out what deal our members wanted our next circle to be for, and ifreegear has a very comfortable lead.

The owner apparently has capital and he seems to be willing to use it to cover some risks and send gifts quickly. Besides, I think the gifts are really neat and some of them have the best referral ratio around (9 refs for an iPod photo for instance).

I've been in touch with the owner and my impression was rather positive, and I guess we're ready to set-up something for this deal any time now.

I'm interested in knowing what happened to you guys who had referrals disqualified though. Did they simply not receive credit or were they put on hold? Did they open a support ticket and if so, what answer did they get? I'd be surprised that they would be put on hold simply because their offer didn't go through.

I only disqualify people in blatantly fraudulent cases. bols24 and bsi4063, the accounts you mentioned and that have been disqualified were of such cases the first one was one of 5 multiple accounts created by the same individual, the second one was one of 4. These were definitely not just cases of somebody signing up one time and signing up again later, forgetting they owned the first account.

wow, alright. Yea i wasn't talking about the second one who never did an offer, i knew she wasnt going to. But the first that looks really weird as the sign up date and time are exact. 12-30-04 wasnt that mortgage offer up there a good two weeks ago or longer? In light of the owner's first post on this thread I doubt that he won't give you credit (if you signed-up correctly of course). I guess he took it off because there were problems with that company giving credit and he didn't want to penalize future customers because of this. Just a guess.

stroid we've had a good feeling about this website for a while and we had a working 'loop' already for testing purposes and so that we would be ready to release a circle as soon as we could be sure that all minor technical issues were fixed on this website. There still was a verification e-mail problem as of last night but since it's now all fixed we could let the circle spin this morning )

I see that you put my username, I read it, can you tell me the email addresses put under IP? Cause I didnt even have one referral.

I LOOKED at the ZIP CODES. I hope YOU KNOW THAT AOL GIVES people DYNAMIC IP ADDRESSES. So AT ANYTIME someone WILL HAVE the SAME IP if they SIGN ONTO AOL. I hope you know that, you run a site, yet you dont know that the 152 subnet is of AOL, and they give dynamic addresses.

So if you want to UNBAN me itd be cool, if not NO BIGGIE. I understand being in your foot seeing the same IP address think of fraud, but I do hope you know that little tidbit for the future atleast. =) Peace OUT

im with bsi on this one, The referral with last name Scanlon is my friend and the rest i she does not know in return no one else has signed up on her computer or at her house. She uses aol to connect and all those other people are from places such as florida and new york. For that IP she was not starting those accounts, look into AOL's setup before you start disqualifying people. AOL is to blame for this problem, she should not have been disqualified.

I had fast responses previously through the support ticket.

But now that I completed my offer and have waited more than a week, I still haven't received credit.

Give the owner some slack he's alone to process credit, requests, tickets and orders from 2000 members. Much larger companies such as Gratis and OC can have very long delays too. I'm not sure about this but I hear it can take up to two weeks just to get approved with OfferCentric right now. What I'm sure of is that I've been stv for 2 months with Gratis before they actually shipped my iPod and my order has been pending (which means pre-stv) for over 6 weeks at prizecube...

It's a little early to worry in this case I think. Maybe it will be time to do so if no one has received a thing by the end of the month. And I doubt you'll have to wait that long to get an answer to your support ticket.

Hi again, all your orders will be placed by the end of the month. I've caught up with all the support tickets up to 1/11 and am still working on them. We are in the process of creating a business account with eCost and one with PayPal, too (to give you guys expedient PP gift payments). Be a little patient guys, nothing is sped up by complaining here...all it does is hurt my site's reputation...and I'm trying to do my best here to make everyone happy.
