Downloads bring error messages

So, I tried to download the Flash plugin for Firefox automatically, it fails so I do the manual install and download the executable.. When I try to open it, I get this

I cleared the temp files 3 times already and I still get this damn error message... Any help is appreciated.

Funny, I was just having trouble downloading a flash plugin for Firefox myself. I was on a mac and the flash installer said a browser was open even after I restarted and everything. (

No idea how to help. I hate computers sometimes.
