I wanted to stay within the $1500 dollar range, I did pretty well, only $200 over. P

Anywho, here's my list.

Ya, it's going to bring you to NewEgg.

Any comments or changes? Thanks.

Wow, if you can afford that it's awesome! I don't really care for the case though, it looks like a case you buy for a cheap computer to make it look nice.

Yea. Within the $1500 range, I can afford it. I like the case. D

Nice MOBO, I have one of those.

I think you're going a little overkill on the graphics card. You could a compound a nice ltitle SLI setup for less than that.

Other than that, looks good!

Check out cases by Xion Xion, they make pretty good stuff. I like the design of the case, too. just make sure its not flimsy.

EDIT Looking at that card again, it is indeed pretty kickass ) If you have the money, go for it.

The 7950GX2 [ib7fc291dfa]is[/ib7fc291dfa] an SLI card. Two cards in one. ;)

Otherwise very similar to my rig.

If you're going all out anyway, why not the A8N32-SLI Deluxe? You get x16 on both video card slots should you decide to Quad-SLI with another GX2 in the future. I have the A8N32 and with only a couple very minor nags (mostly to do with component placement) it's a great board.

I also have 2 of those same WD 320GB drives in a RAID0 array, with a 74GB Raptor as a boot/OS drive. And an X-Fi Platinum. For video I have 2 eVGA 7800GT's in SLI.

After reading about it, id go conroe instead of AMD, you can get more power for cheaper as it is now

Just a word of advice, that is a horrid case. Try to avoid those plastic face cases, they are crap. plus the quality will be low because your paying a large portion into that 480w psu that u will end up throwing away anway. spend 60-100 on a good case w/o psu.

Those cases look cool, but I would get sick of having to open it up every time I wanted to use the cd drive.

I really wish I could afford a new rig right now. My dad really wants to upgrade his computer, so I might get to do that for him D

Uhhh..

Well see, I liked that case, it'll fit in my desk slot thing. Uhh...yea. The case.

I want to stay within the $1500 range. lol

And I wanted a case where I could but a 92mm fan and a 120mm fan (extra space)

you could get an antec super lanboy, its small and can house 2 120mm fans.

Most Antec PSU's are fine, particularly their high end Neo and True Power series which are consistently rated at the top of the charts.

Their smaller, cheaper models (Smart Power?) that come free in their budget cases leave a lot to be desired, but I'd still rather have one than the no-name generics that come in most cases.

Aside from the unaffordable PCP&C lines, my personal favorite PSU is Enermax. I have a couple of them, including a new 620W Liberty modular PSU. and love them. They're also top-rated.

I have an Antec True Power 420 or 440 Watt, Built my comp a year ago forgot, But its amazing. Never had a single power issue, and its very quiet.

I'm not using the one that's coming with the case. (I don't want the computer exploding)

If you saw, I'm getting an Aspire PSU. It got pretty good reviews.
