Can you add money to a Neteller account using a Simon Giftcard or something similiar? Also, isnt Neteller supposed to call me up to confirm my identity or something?

they are sposed to call u I know that much, they did to me few years ago sure its the same thing now, if u just signed up now they may be closed for the day
