Need a website software!

I need to design a website, have no idea where to start, what are some of the best and easiest softwares to do that??

also, its a website for a food business im starting, so if people were to place orders......and use cc information, what is the diffculty on that?

You'll have to pay for a shopping cart script, it also costs to verify credit cards and to accept them. I'd reccomend running checkout through a third party since this will be small endeavour. As for designing, I use notepad and paint shop pro. Other people use Dreamweaver(if you aren't too great at coding). If you want to learn html I'd reccomend http//www.htmlgoodies.com/ perfect tutorials to learn with.

yea another person recommended dreamweaver, i know how to code but hate doing it and really slow.


so far im thinking dreamweaver and photoshop....and apparently i need a shopping script, what are prices on that??
