My Website, New Forums!

As many of you know, I run a website with information on all the Gratis/OfferCentric/Prizecube programs. I'm not going to post the link because it does have my referral links on it but I will post a direct link to the new forums and hope the mods dont have a problem with it.

So i noticed that you had put up a referral link under one of the topics on your site. How does that work are you going to allow people to randomly put their referrals up or are you doing it because you are the site admin. I mean more power to you if thats what you wanna do but if you ban people for doing the same it wouldn't be very fair. Are u gonna have a conga Line or circle, or are you going to do a donation type system.

Well that referral link is to a point-based Gratis site, it will most likely be the only referral link allowed because I have 970 points left after getting ESPN NFL 2K5 (xbox) and the gift I want now is 1000 points. Each referral is worth 10 points...so rather than doing another offer and having points left over I'm hoping to get 3 referrals and order my gift. I am not going to allow the posting of any referral links for any offer-based programs. In regard to congas, I will post the system guidelines shortly, and will be launching only those congas requested by registered users. Donations are accepted on the website, if a referral link is sent with a $5 (or greater) donation, that link will be posted on the website for 24 hours. There are details on the website. doylnea will probably go after me for saying this, but I'll say it anyway are we now allowed to advertise congas in such an explicit way? Was there a change in the rules I'm not aware of?

I don't think I have don't anything against the rules. I'm not posting a link to a conga...only a link to my forums (not even my website, which would be much more beneficial to me [...and lets remember there is no link to my website on the forums]) which will eventually include congas. I'm just trying to get some of the great guys here to visit my forums as well. Also, I should be done with most of the programs I will launch congas for...before the congas are ever launched. Therefore, I am essentially just offering a service.

We just had a bad experience with someone offering to host our congas. We were smart enough to turn the offer down, but the guy went ahead anyway and copied our whole layout down to the smallest comma. I prefer not to think about what he could have done if he had hosted our db...

As I said, nothing against you, but one should be careful with generous offers to host.

MSX I will certainly consider your offer, but right now I have a few other options I'm looking into. l0th, I don't even know what your website is...care to pm me the address?

l0th - That's alright, I guess you would warn anyone about it if that happened. My bad, and point taken ).

FreeOffersNow - The offer will stay open/available so take as long or as little as you'd like. I'm only using like 250mb of my 2000mb, which is mostly used up by another person that I'm giving space to (he put up alot media - mostly videos). So as long as I have space to give you or anyone else with a good/worthy cause, consider the offer open.

Basically I'm just letting the people here know about my forums and that they are welcome to register and join the community. Also, I know that mostly people here already have accounts, so the congas really aren't directed toward people them. The congas will not be launched until the forums are more developed anyway, and will be launched on a per-request basis.

I've launched (name of site) v2 & added new templates to the forums...


My forums are pretty lonely with our < 20 members....come keep us company over there
