Xbox 360 Rosters Question

Well I used to know where to get xbox rosters for ncaa and get em on my box, does anyone have any idea for 360 rosters (basically for ncaa 07) whats the technique to get em on 360 or where can i get em on a memory card or something.

i prefer fkrosters because his are always updated and feature accurate rosters of historic teams, AA division teams, etc.

Jeez wish it wasnt so pricy, may just go buy a generic 360 memory card and send it out to get the rosters on there.
