oh tight, i only paid 8k for my eclipse. 45K miles on it, perfect body condition. manual, runs great. i love the car more than life. i waited forever to find a good deal on one though. I've dumped about 2k of work into it. wheels/suspension etc....

yea the sexiest is the acura integra... although when i get a car i'm getting either a scion or a mitsubishi eclipse

dude, not all states require a front license plate, i had mine off for about a year before i realized VA was one of the few states that requires it. i know too many people without front plates to be saying that dude. but the tags, who knows.

Im out here In Cali. We use front license plates but I just refuse to put them on it ruins the look of the car. Also the car has no holes to put license plate on. I would have to go to the dealer to get it drilled and I really do not want to put wholes into this thing.

it was a year later. plus the car is lowered in the 2nd pic. hence the more "sporty" look. and im sure if i took the pic from the same angle as i took the 2nd, it would look even less sporty due to stock height. wink

Jade green (they said teal but there's no way in hell), 1999 Ford Escort LX. Got it in 2002 with 16k miles for just under 8k without tax. The guy didn't realize my name was Jade until I said something about the color. It was meant to be. litearli

I think that is the only Eclipse I have seen in my entire existence with rims that don't look like complete shit. Congratulations.

However, it's still a sucky Mitsubishi.

I've had three cars in my time - '90 Nissan Maxima GXE, '95 Toyota Camry XLE, and I'm now driving a '94 Nissan Maxima SE with all the extras. I drove the first Maxima with a huge dent in the rear (it was totaled in an accident that was entirely not my fault) for a year before the transmission started slipping, so I sold it for $800. I saw it around on campus the year after, but I think it finally died on that guy.

My current Maxima is totaled, too, technically...but the front end was replaced after that accident so it looks great. I added an extra 12.2v charger for my cellphone, an iPod dock and power filter to take care of the ground loop interference, and I have an Aiwa in-dash with low-end Alpine speakers that were a bitch to install.

I'll post pics at some point. )
