I have a license plate of someone, I need to know a name or address...is this possible? I would think probably not...but I dunno, some of you people are crazy with these kinds of things...

Well, I'm willing to pay...but for most of those you can't just put in a license plate and get a name, kinda weird, but they require a name...

Kinda, sorta serious...I could call the cops with the license plate information, but wouldn't getting revenge be much sweeter?...lol.

This reminds me of the other day. I was driving behind someone with the license plate "ORLY". I tried to take a pic with my cameraphone, but couldn't zoom in....and I didn't want to rear-end them.
