I am writing a paper on what human rights should belong to every human being. The thing is I am blanking out on actual human rights. What are some examples of them? So far I have freedom of speech and freedom of religion. Anyone?

Human rights, are actually life, liberty, expression, thought, and equality.

Property would be a natural right, along with life and liberty. The persuit of happiness doesn't actually fall under any of these little categories.

isn't liberty the freedom to act as you please?

Just take a look at the Bill of Rights and such, those were created in attempts of making this nation equal for all people.

In less than an hour? I've been thinking about what human rights means to me for the past 30 minutes, and you've already written a whole paper?!?! I hope you're either in high school, a really crappy college, or don't care too much about your grades. I also envy your fast writing ability. It takes me forever to research and write a paper!

didn't take long. It's a broad topic 500 word essay. The topic was

"Discuss what human rights should belong to every human being"

It took around an hour to write and research it...it wasn't bad.

In my opinion, food, shelter and education are human rights.

So in my thoughts in the past hour or so, I think that I've come upon the conclusion that the ultimate human right is to feel justified. Feeling like the world has dealt you the hand that you deserve seems like the ultimate right. I know it's not very lawyerish or official, just what I felt like writing.

Eh, then what about people who think they deserve to be king? Or slaves who are taught that they should be grateful to be in indentured servitude?

Itīs pretty easy to justify anything. shrug
