Hey guys... Very sad to say i had a good friend pass away friday night while everyone was out for a ride on our bikes...
I would really appreciate it if someone would be able to tell me how to take a video i have through quicktime and take pictures out of it. Not sure if its possible but basically if i pause it at some moment i want THAT as the picture. We need pictures for the service and a few from this video would really help out. Thanx guys!

i'm not sure how you could extract still frames from quicktime, but if you're really in a jam you could also hit "print screen" and grab a screenshot
it may not be the highest resolution but at least you'll have the image

Ya i was think'n the same thing.. basically i'd give the video but its somewhat inapropriate.... Whats a good program to edit video... I basically need to cut the 1st half of the video off and play from mid-way

Use Windows Movie Maker to trim, thats what I do.

No... Was a girl who is a friend of mine... The video is of her at a party bein her old self with people try'n to get her to flash the camera... After all that shit, about half way through the vid, she says a few words and smiles... I basically need that part

Alright ran into a problem. The video i have is in Mpg4 and windows movie maker does not support that.. Is there anyway i can convert the vid. to put it in there?

The easiest way I know of is with Quicktime Pro.
Just open the film, and choose export to image sequence.
I could also use River Past video cleaner pro with the MP4 and GIF booster packs and convert the video to an animated gif which I can always split into individual images with Fireworks.

Wouldn't it work to download VLC Player and then pause it on the rfame you want and hit CTRL+I, then paste it into paint?
Or is that only with Windows Media Player?
