Over the course of the next 40 days, July 1st - August 9th, I will be following the type of system that the main character in the movie, "40 Days 40 Nights" underwent. I will not be allowed to masturbate, have sex, or watch porn for the next 40 days. I will keep this log of how I am feeling. I will try to update it as much as I can. However, I will be on vacation for a week of this time. The time period starts tomorrow, July 1st, at 1200 AM Central. Thanks for your support guys!

Masterbation is not bad, it's a very healthy and natural thing to do....So its actually pretty good for you...
