This doesn't belong here but who are we kidding, nobody helps at the help forum. I need to know what Trainn means where it says "Paste your confirmation email with headers below (requests without this will not be considered)" while requesting Manual Credit. Do they want to copy and paste the text of the email or screenshot the page and host it and just put a link or what?

They want the raw e-mail message, to include full headers. Not just the body of the message.
Your e-mail client should have an option to view the complete message with headers. I use Thunderbird and Gmail -- in TBird you select the message and then View -> Headers -> All. In Gmail you click "More Options" at the top right of the message, then "Show Original" from the options list.
