Depends on where you live.
There's a free one in New York City, but only for those who live there. There may be something similar in your area.

Actually AOL is free for abotu a good 6 months. If you actually listen to what they have to say each time u want to cancel its not that bad. Back in the day I would just call and cancel and they would give me 2 months more free, and when it was done i had enjoyed 8 months of free internet thanks to AOL.
