I was waiting for a payment from someone, he said he accidently sent it to the wrong email because he added an e to the end of the domain name (before the .comurl==http://=http:///url of course).
I checked and it was an invalid email, so that means it was an invalid account.
He says he is working on getting back his $$, is there anyway he can get the money back fast or is he scamming me?

He just has to click "cancel payment" in his account summary to get the funds back, assuming there is not a paypal account at the address he sent it to.

actually... even if an email address isnt registered to paypal, and recieves a payment, they get an email. They say to be able to use that money, you have to register to paypal...

correct. until that person creates an account (or adds that email address to an existing account), the person who sent the money can cancel the payment.
