Whenever I put it in the USB port... It is ALWAYS on "Do not disconnect". It's not updating or anything. It doesn't have the battery symbol either. It's just always flashing that 24/7. Help me!
P.S. Its a 6 gig mini

Isn't that what it's supposed to do?
Are you using a Mac or a PC?

you have to go into itunes and hit ctrl E to eject it. Once you do that the message should go away and it willl be safe to unplug it.

You probably have it in disk mode. In disk mode you have to manually eject the ipod from the computer.
