okay.....like the title says, but here is what i want, i need some help on some designs, i like slim and small cameras but with nice big screens, and but whats the difference in buying a 5.0 mp and a 8.0....is there really b/c the price range is huge!
an example of what i want is like the sony t7. but i think fujifilm has some, or canon, anyone have any suggestions??

the difference in megapixels is that higher megapixel count means larger possible resolution... but if you get a huge resolution picture with poor quality you'd have to resize it until it looks nice and that kinda defeats the purpose...
i'd recommend the canon sd550 and sd630 cause i've tried those and they take great pictures

Have a look at this, it's probably the best site for Digital Cameras so they know what they're talking in reviews. This link though will let you choose which features you want and then give you a list of all the cameras (or the top 10 if too many results come back) that meet your specifications.

I'd also recommend the SD550. The thing takes amazing pictures.
