www.flock.com it is based off of Mozilla, i beleive it is in beta right now.

lol, i'll dl it and see.
Edit After using flock for a bit...i would say firefox.
Edit After working with flock some more i would say they are offly alike except there are no themes for flock (
Edit It seems most of their extentions say "firefox" like they just copy and pasted firefox's extentions
Edit Flock uses to much resources if you ask me...
