what if u moved to a new house and the people that lived there before you did the same freebie site your doing? will your acount get dqed?

Depends on the network. Some networks don't care what the circumstances are if two accounts have matching information. I'd say you would be safer off not doing the site.

that would kinda suck to get 24 refs for a macbook then have ur acount dqed becuase the people that lived in the house before you did that site

well, u could always send a support ticket before you decide to do the site. so "hey, i just moved here. did anyone do this site from this address"

It doesn't really depend on your house, more on the ISP you use. Most likely you have dynamic ip addressing. That means, every time you reset your modem, you get a different WAN ip address, because your ISP assigns you any open IP address within a certain range. And regarding the address....it would probably be very slim that anyone would have completed/started the same freebie site using the same address. Even then, you could probably ask support about it.

This pretty unlikely to happen unless their is never a break in service and you keep their ISP. Unlikely...
