Native Resolution help...

Recently bought a 32" tv with dvi inputs for monitor capabilities.
I read that my native resolution is 1366 x 768

When I hooked it up I could only set it at 1300x720 which made the screen look like this

my video card is an insane one, which I can't understand why it won't support it. but my video card is RADEON X1600

How can I get my native resolution to be right??

I already tried finding something where I can reposition my screen like on all computer monitors, but I don't think my tv has that...
