I was at Borders bookstore with my wife today, and she wanted to look at some books, so we got some coffee, got a table, and looked at books.

One of the books I looked at was iPod & iTune Hacks[=http//www.oreilly.com/catalog/ipodtuneshks/index.html]iPod & iTune Hacks

I was suprised at how much info it had that was useful. I never knew that you could make all of your music the same volume. When you rip older CDs and newer CDs they sound different, so I would have to adjust the volume. With the soundcheck option, it is suppose to go thru your collection and level the volume.

It had a lot of other interesting stuff in there. If you are borders you may want to take a look. I'm sure all this info is on the internet, but it may still be of intrest to some of you.

O'Reilly's entire 'Hacks' series features images of tools that have simplified life for humans.

Their earlier books were always distinguished by drawings of obscure animals, and many still are.
