Need help on website desigh (not Freebie)

I'm trying to make a website (not a freebie but related to). I want to make it look good. (duh) Are there any free 'template' scripts that allow simple navigation like freebie sites. Yes, I looked on the free script websites but I'm not sure what catagory to look under or what search terms to use.

You're best bet would be to learn some html and css, it's really not that hard.

edit if you have mysql servers, etc. you could try out something like wordpress, phpnuke, or mambo. search for those.

Yeah get yourself a good CMS (content management system) Joomla and Mambo are pretty good.
