I bought the movie at a yard sale a while back, so I decided to download the first season. Man, it totally rocks! So now I had this random idea because one of the newer versions is on tv to make a thread, so here it is. Discuss the original show and its greatness.

Man I remember when the original was such a big hit. My family and neighbors were all crazy about it, including myself. Hell, I even had all of the toys and action figures. Now the newer series are just a piece of shit; an insult to the original even.

I loved the green ranger saga and the white ranger saga was pretty cool too. Can't forget about Zordon the floating head and Alpha the high pitched robot.

what ever happened to all of them, I remember seeing a website explaing what happened to all of them

yellow one died in a car accident couple years back

what I thought was the funniest was that the green ranger was the owner of some martial art place and the website had a video of his cheesy ad

Tommy is in the newer seasons as the mega ranger or something, he was like the Zordon-leader guy for a while but then decided to be a power ranger again...and thats not cool making fun of that girl dying ya know

Why not? She's dead, and none of us knew her personally, and thousands of people die in car crashes a day, and people have made fun of things that are much worse than a death that is relatively normal. I really can't see anything wrong with it.

Personally I don't laugh at others dying or other peoples death because I wouldn't like it if it was someone laughing or making fun of someone I love(d).

Well even though she died in a car crash what’s the point of making fun of her or anybody when they die? I mean I could understand when making fun of people when they made stupid mistakes during their lives or memories but when getting killed on the road or get shot making fun of people doesn’t make any sense.

Well, I wouldn't make jokes like that to anyone who knew the YPR personally. But since none of us do, and since our own affiliation with her is from an old t.v. show and since everyone will die anyway, where is the wrong?
