Im wondering if i can print a media mail packing slip off usps.gov and then just stick it in my mailbox? (unsure because the package pickup says you must have 1 priority item)

If the mailman leaves it, then you'd know. )

You can mail media mail in your mailbox, as far as I know. Package pickup means the carrier comes to your door to take the package, for those too large for the mailbox. If yours will fit in the mailbox, then that isn't considered "package pickup."
However I wasn't aware that Media Mail was an option for paying/printing online at the USPS website? Nor is 1st Class postage. You have to use Stamps.com or something to print your own MM/1C postage. Priority Mail is the lowest you can pay/print online at USPS, AFAIK.
