marinated in Meijer Garlic & Herb marinade, and grilled
I only eat chicken breast. It's usually seasoned with different spices. Then, I sprinkle some lime on it, cut it in half inch slices, and eat it with a side of salad.

Stick it in a frying pan, turn the heat up, crumble some Goldfish crackers on it, wait till it gets golden brown, flip, add some Lea & Perrins, turn heat down.
Put it on a plate and feed it to the cat.

Bread it, fry it, put some spaghetti under it and a good cheese ontop. Then throw spaghetti sauce over both.
Chicken parm.

A recipe from Marijuana.com
[quote5a89236c74]4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1/4 pound sliced swiss cheese
1/4 pound sliced ham
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1 tablespoons melted cannabudder
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 ounce cannabis (weed)
Take 1lb of butter (must contain fat) and a 1/4 ounce of your grounded weed and lightly simmer it for about 5-10 minutes. Set aside.
Cut chicken breasts into halves and pound into 1/4 inch pieces. Place chicken breasts on a pan. Place swiss cheese, ham slices, and powdered cannabis on top and roll up, securing with toothpicks if necessary. In a small bowl combine the parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic salt, tarragon, basil, and bread crumbs. Mix together and dip rollups in mixture to coat. Drizzle with melted cannabudder and cook in microwave for 4 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.[/quote5a89236c74]
For smaller amounts, reduce butter. 1/8 oz of weed (use 1/2 lb), 1/16 oz of weed (use 1/4 lb)

Grill it! I have several marinades and rubs I use when grilling chicken, my favorite is lime and cayenne pepper. Old Bay (seafood) seasoning is also good. Lemon + pepper is another favorite. Not so much into BBQ chicken though.
Speaking of grilling, I bought a new grill today, a humongous stainless steel Char-Broil Commercial 62.5K BTU with 5 burners plus a side burner/griddle. Had the kids and grandkids over for my oldest daughter's birthday dinner, and was grilling about 8 pounds of carne azada plus some veggies. This grill gets way hottter than any grill I've ever had before -- so hot that I would put the first piece of meat down, work my way around the grill filling it up, and when I got to the end, the first piece of meat was done on that side and needed to be turned. Whoa, says I, this is going to be great -- no more slaving for an hour on the grill to cook for 10 people. Then I looked up and noticed just as I was finishing, that despite having pulled the grill out about a foot from the back of the house, about 5 rows of the vinyl siding on the back of the house behind the grill had warped, melted, and sagged. shock I've always grilled with my other grills in this exact same spot on the deck, but this monster is just too hot. Now I gotta replace siding and find a new spot for the grill.
Hey, any freebie sites for vinyl siding? lol

unless you have a favorite way to cook chicken, you have no reason to comment in it..

A jalepeno marinade with jalepenos blended with a little lime juice, olive oil, garlic and shallot.
Or fried chicken. Not enough people fry chicken at home.
Or roast it and pull it to use in a sandwich or salad.
