I got this new car, and it has an "AUX" port, and I've seen all these videos of the car where it has the iPod connected right to the port. You know how with the earphones you plug one end into the iPod and the other end is the buds? Well I need a cable I guess with the same end you stick into the ipod on the other end. Any idea what it's called / where I can get it?

radioshack, cartoys anywhere that sells any kind of audio.

Just ask for an aux input or single RCA cable

I wouldn't waste the money on having it shipped. Any store that carries electronics (Walmart, Meijer, K-Mart) will have this. Just explain to them that you're connecting your iPod to your car stereo, and the cable needs to have headphone-size jacks on both ends.
