Basically its some mock up magazine page that someone made which has some cut guy on it and reads something like (but 10x times longer)

I go to the gym 5 days a week, the woman love me, i can do 400 one handed pushups, i look so good in the mirror

then at the end it says

I saw it a while back and its hilarious and i want to send it to a friend who is exactly like that with the woman and gym and checking himself out always. Its hilarious especially when we tell him he's looking small
